Glass Creations Made By Me

Here is a short and sweet list of the things I make. Everything I make is a one of a kind piece. If you do not see anything you would like in my store, or anywhere on my site, please email me if you would like a custom piece. Let me know what elements of my work you appreciate, what colors you like, and what size the piece should be. I can estimate a price for you, and design something within your budget! :)

Pendants

Pendants are a very complex piece of work to create. It takes time, imagination, patiencs, and vibrant colors. The types of pendants that are made depends on the artist creativity. There are many different kids of shapes, sizes, and kinds of pendants.

Tobacco Pipes

All of the Glass Pipes from Daydream Creations are made from the highest quality borosilicate (pyrex) glass. Our Glass Pipe designs are on the cutting edge and new styles are always being made. There are many different styles of glass. Every single glass pipe here is hand blown, and hand-made in the good ole’ US of A. In particular Southeastern, Wisconsin. You will find NO cheap-o glass pipes here.

Glass Beads

There are many types of glass beads that can be made. They can be made in many different shapes, sizes, and colors. Some beads can have one color, or multiple colors. It depends on where the artists mind takes the bead to as the final product.

To create glass beads, lampworkers melt narrow rods of glass with the flame of a torch. The molten glass is wound around a mandrel, a thin length of stainless steel. The space occupied by the mandrel becomes a hole through the bead when the bed is slipped away. Turning the mandrel and holding it in different positions allows gravity to help the bead take form, but tools are also used to push and pull glass beads into shape. Lampworking is a skill that takes a great deal of practice and patience.

Stash Jars, Marbles, & Misc. Blown Glass Items

All of these are handmade, and come in many different sizes!

All Stash Jars come with cork covers. You can put anything inside the jars.

The Marbles that are made come in a variety of different styles! They are beautiful to look at, and will catch everyones eye. Everyone will want at least one of these!

We also make other Misc. Blown Glass Items such as: Paperweights, Sculptures, Orniments, Earrings, and the list goes on and on. Again everything made out of glass is hand-made by one person, and it does take time, and skill to make all of these different items. Each item is unique in its own way, and no piece is the same! :)
